We work from a “strengths perspective,” meaning that every person possesses a number of strengths, which, once identified and capitalized upon, can be used to deal with life issues and concerns. Often, one abandons their strengths when faced with stress, depression and other issues. Therapy helps rediscover those inherent strengths, and bringing them back to life. Dealing with one’s problems doesn’t have to be a solo journey! Often, there are many untapped resources that therapy can help identify.
