Relationships nourish us just as food does, contributing to the foundation of a healthy life:

A recent study found that social relationships can be as important to good health as diet & exercise, with social connections affecting health throughout our lives. Results showed that weak or lacking social relationships could have the same negative effect on health as other risk factors for conditions such as high blood pressure & inflammation.
